WEBGAME / About
About
WebGame is a directory. Games run on their original sites.
Listing standards
Listings focus on playability, presentation, ideas, and source evidence, independent of AI use or open-source status. Each listing includes creator links, image-use records, and translations; unclear mobile support carries a label.
Privacy
Anonymous aggregate click counts use this site’s D1 database. Stored data includes game IDs, totals, and event IDs for duplicate prevention. Retries of the same request are deduplicated for seven days. Expired events are removed during subsequent count writes; totals are retained. No IP addresses, email addresses, or cookies are stored, and no account is needed. External games have their own privacy policies.
Creator rights
Rights to games and images remain with their holders. Licensed material keeps its license information; editorial screenshots identify their source and rights holders, with reference use recorded apart from permission status. Creators can request corrections or removal.
